Return & Refund Policy

At PEN CLUB, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch.

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery, except where the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, subject to verification by PEN CLUB.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection or colour/model selection

  • Products ordered by mistake

  • Normal variations in appearance, finish, colour, or packaging that do not affect the product's functionality

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

The product must be kept unused and in its original condition and packaging until the claim is reviewed.

After verification, PEN CLUB may, as applicable, arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

Claims reported after the specified period may not be accepted, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where separately applicable, are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required due to a confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming product.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
